Following on from our previous announcement about the new phone system coming on 10/10/24, we just wanted to tell patients about some of the new features you can expect:
- Call back option - If you are on the phone to speak to the surgery you can choose to have a call back from us instead of waiting on the phone.
- Prescriptions query line
- Call recording
Although there will still be the same number of staff answering calls, we hope that the additional features on the new system will improve patient experience when contacting us.
The switch over to the new system has been prepared for and should go smoothly, however as this is a new for us we ask for you to be patient with us while we all get used to the changes and features of the new system.
